1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! We love traveling for destination weddings—capturing love stories in unique places is part of what makes our work so special. Please note that travel expenses are not included in our base packages, except for weddings within Mexico City. For weddings outside the city or abroad, we’ll provide a custom quote for travel and accommodation.

2. DO YOU HELP WITH PLANNING OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

Yes, we do! From choosing the perfect location to guiding you on what to wear and how to feel comfortable in front of the camera, we’ll help you plan a session that truly reflects your love.

3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but we do our best to be flexible depending on the situation and how much notice is given.

4. DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL FILES, PRINTS, OR ALBUMS?

Yes, we offer high-resolution digital files, custom prints, and beautifully designed albums. We believe your memories deserve to live beyond the screen, and we’re happy to help you create something timeless.

5. Do you have a recommended PHOTOgrapher?

Yes! We have talented photographers on our team who work closely with us to maintain a consistent style and vision. If you already have someone in mind or want more options, we also know other amazing photographers we’d be happy to recommend.

6. CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC POSES OR SHOTS?

Of course! Your vision matters to us. We welcome any references, shot lists, or ideas you may have, and we’ll blend them with our cinematic style to tell your story in the most authentic way.

7. CAN WE MEET BEFORE THE SESSION?

Absolutely! We encourage meeting before your big day—either in person or via video call—so we can connect, talk about your vision, and make sure we’re on the same page.

8. HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

You can expect your final photos within 3 to 6 weeks. For video, delivery time varies by package, but we always strive to deliver your final film as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.

9. WHAT MAKES YOUR STYLE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WEDDING FILMMAKERS?

We approach every wedding with a cinematic and storytelling mindset. Our goal is not just to capture moments—but to craft a visual narrative that feels like a movie about your love. Emotion, music, and atmosphere come together to make your memories unforgettable.

10. DO YOU OFFER DRONE FOOTAGE?

Yes, aerial shots can add a beautiful cinematic touch to your film. Drone coverage is included in some packages and available as an add-on depending on the location and weather conditions.

11. CAN YOU WORK WITH OTHER VENDORS WE’VE ALREADY BOOKED?

Absolutely. We’re team players! We coordinate seamlessly with photographers, planners, DJs, and any other vendors to make sure everything flows smoothly and everyone shines.

12. HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK? DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PLANS?

We require a deposit to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be split into scheduled payments. We’re flexible and happy to work with a plan that fits your needs.

13. WILL YOU POST OUR WEDDING ONLINE OR ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We love showcasing our work, but your privacy comes first. We’ll always ask for your permission before sharing any part of your wedding on social media or our portfolio.

14. DO YOU WORK ALONE OR WITH A TEAM?

Depending on the size of your wedding and the package you choose, we may work solo or with a second filmmaker or assistant. For larger events or destination weddings, a small team ensures we capture every detail without missing a beat.

15. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER ON OUR WEDDING DAY?

We embrace the unexpected. Rain, wind, or cloudy skies can actually create some of the most dramatic and romantic footage. We come prepared and adapt quickly—bad weather doesn’t mean bad memories.
